The Legion Cloak Glitch

This is something I noticed when I came back to the game a few months ago.  If you have the box for "Legion Cloak" checked off in your profile,  then your char always has his/her cloak on.  I had my setting like that,  but had to turn it off because the game would switch my legion cloak image file out for other legion cloaks:

On the bright side,  I got to see how I'd look in other legion's cloaks without having to join, xD.  The way to fix it is to take your jacket armor off and put it back on,  however that was only a temporary fix.  The glitch would always return.  Eventually I got tired of fixing the problem and just unchecked the option box.  I don't know if the problem's been fixed yet,  but it may have been.   I'll test it out next time I'm in game and update this post when I find out.
