Idian Depths: How To Get There From Danaria

The Danaria camps with a portal to Idian Depths are:

  1. Stonewatch Rampart
  2. Soaring Archways Rampart

The following list of base camps in Danaria don't have a portal to Idian Depths:

  • Icethorn Frontier
  • Starlit Grove
  • Two Vigils Outpost
  • Emerald Meadow
  • Eldris Valley

The Danaria port to ID is located at Danaria Gate (see pic):

A close up of the entrance

In the above pic I marked the area of ID that the Danaria Gate entrance places you in.  Its a neutral zone room.  All neutral zones in ID are marked in purple on the map.

Now you know how to get there from both Katalam and Danaria.
GL and have fun :D

4.5 Arrives On Jan. 29th!

The 4.5 update is two days away,  and from the looks of it,  Aion will never be the same again.  The second
of the technist class,  the Aethertech,  will be introduced to the game.   Its a daeva encased in a robotic armor,  which is summoned with a Keyblade.   For a preview of the Aethertech's skillset,  check Raxu's two excellent posts,  one on the Aethertech greater stigmas,  and another with pics of the Korean language Aethertech  stigma trees.

Other changes to the game include the introduction of Glory Points,  a new requirement for the rank minded
players.  This new currency will be necessary in order to attain a rank greater than Soldier Rank 1.  In other
words,  if you intend to become an Officer,  you'll need these.  They'll be obtainable thru running pve instances and dungeons,  and by completing quests.

All the classes of the game are getting new skills as well.  Not many,  but 1 or 2,  depending on the class.
The info is available on the Aion site.

Finally,  I have to ask:   Will you be rolling an Aethertech?    I've placed a poll on the right side of the
page,  and I hope you'll cast your vote.  I cast my vote for a definite Yes!
See you in 4.5 Aion :D
